You’ll spend a day together with your instructor and fellow learners, building community and sharpening your knowledge and skills. Our ICC instructors are leaders in their fields, bringing you tested material and opportunities for growth in your ministry. These courses are well worth the extra cost, and are a great addition to your event! Consider adding an ICC today, and make the most of your time at the Extravaganza!Each course is an an additional fee for six hours of learning with a faculty member who is an expert on topic. ICC fees do not include any meals. A boxed lunch is included for ICC participants, but all remaining meals are at your own expense. Add an Intensive Care Course when you register for Extravaganza. The Network is intentionally growing as a community committed to diversity. When you attend the Extravaganza or engage in one of the ministries offered by our Network, we hope you will experience a broad spectrum of leaders from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Multicultural Initiative - MCI - is a pre-conference leadership gathering for leaders of color leading children, youth and family ministry in congregations. This community is created to support leaders in this important work of the church. The Multicultural Initiative is an effort to strengthen our grassroots network by increasing our diversity.
