The Hilton Minneapolis is at 4-star high rise hotel directly connected the climate-controlled Minneapolis Skyway System, allowing you to walk to your sessions and nearby downtown dining without ever having to step outside. Nicollet Mall, and restaurants are within a few blocks. This is a great hotel for the Extravaganza.

NOTES ON HOUSING:

  1. It is your responsibility to make your own housing reservations. Registering for the event does not book your housing or transportation to/from the Extravaganza!
  2. Book early! We do our best to secure a large enough room block for the event, but have had our reduced rate sell out as early as October! The last day to book housing at the guaranteed discounted rate is December 21, or when the room block fills, whichever comes first!
  3. Can the Network help me find a roommate? 
    Sorry, we're not able to do that. You are welcome to use the Network's Facebook Group to try and identify a roommate.
  4. What happens if my roommate doesn't show up? 
    The individual staying in the room is then responsible for the full cost of the room.
  5. Do I need to stay at the event hotel?
    Our hopes, and our plans, are that you will be staying with us at the Extravaganza hotel.

    Why? We believe part of being onsite is the community that is built during the event. Also, we sign a contract with the hotel, guaranteeing our group will book a minimum number of rooms. Because of this guarantee, the hotel gives us screaming good rates, as well as other concessions like coffee, meeting space, etc. These concessions help make your experience better, and keep the Network from incurring penalties if we don’t meet our minimum guarantees. So please book at the housing site using our link above to guarantee your rate and help support the Extravaganza!

Most major airlines fly into this airport. Transportation to/from the airport to the event hotel is not included and is at the expense of the participants.
